The following issues have been identified by the Desire2Learn Support Team based on our testing and information provided by the MSU Community. We appreciate your help in identifying these issues as we work with the vendor to provide resolution. Reviewing this list will inform you of existing issues with the system and their workarounds.

|08/26/2014 - 10:45||Draft email messages not associated with course||
Email messages composed within a course and saved as draft are not associated with the course in which they were composed. As a result, filtering by course in the draft messages folder of the email tool will not reveal any results.
Use the filer by All instead of Course when filtering drafts.
|07/25/2014 - 13:30||Students responses from Quizzes||
When an instructor clicks on their attempts for Quizzes it doesn't show all the questions and their responses.
D2L will have to run a script on the course to fix the behavior. If you get the same issue in other courses file a ticket with D2L and include the incident ticket number of CA 566286. And D2L's ticket number INC00341767.

Instructors/Course Editors and Students can't see notifications or send email until all quizzes are completes.
When the Option is set to Disable pager and alerts on a quiz the current behavior includes anyone in the course.

Courses that are converted from Angel to D2L with MathML in the files don't display correctly.
There is currently no timeline for the resolution of this issue.

When doing a Import/Export/ Copy components objectives ard not copying in dropboxes and discussions. This behavior also occurs when you use the course copy batch feature.
This problem is scheduled to be fixed before August 1, 2014
|07/14/2014 - 08:30||During Import/Export you get dropboxes copy errors||
This happens when groups and dropboxes were copied from course A to course B. Then delete the group dropboxes from course B and then copy components from course B to course C. The above error will then show up in the Copy Course History. When attempts to use Import/Export Copy funtion you can receives the error, “copy completed with error(s) for dropboxes".
Recreate the group submission drop boxes in the course.
