|Date of Problem||Title||Description||MSU Ticket Number||Problem Number||Status||Tool||Workaround|
|03/02/2016 - 15:45||Quiz Regrade Issue||
Attempts to regrade quiz questions that have not been changed provide users with the options to "Give to all attempts XXX points" and "Give to attempts with answer XXX XXX points" but do not provide users with the answers selected by students. Because this is not happening, the system is also not defining what the option choices (1, 2,3,...) are in the drop down menu.
|06/23/2014 - 11:15||HTML Editor issues using Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 11||
Sometimes when you highlight a word to bold or to underline it does not bold it or underline it in HTML.
Use a different browser or browser version
|03/08/2016 - 10:45||Search for Course arrow keys non-functional||
The Search for Course feature no longer allows you to use the arrow keys to navigate through the text characters.
|03/09/2016 - 09:30||Audio files downloading as .zip files||
When attempting to download .mp3 and .mp4 files from D2L, they download as .zip files instead.
Students must uncompress the files by double clicking on the .zip file, then double clicking the older inside to find the actual audio file.
|03/14/2016 - 08:45||Emails filtering into wrong sub-folder||
When an instructor receives a message from someone in the course, they can use the filter by course option and find the message. However, if they respond to the message and add themselves to the cc area or sends a message to themself in the course it does not appear when they use the filter by course option. In this case it only appears if he filters by the groups within the course.
No work around at this time.
|03/14/2016 - 13:15||Dropbox images shrinking||
When students submitting jpeg or png images into a Dropbox, the image preview for the instructor will shrink the image down to a very small size. Making it difficult to grade.
Have the students submit PDFs or download the images and open them outside of D2L.
