The following issues have been identified by the Desire2Learn Support Team based on our testing and information provided by the MSU Community. We appreciate your help in identifying these issues as we work with the vendor to provide resolution. Reviewing this list will inform you of existing issues with the system and their workarounds.

|07/09/2014 - 16:15||Column Header Missing in User Statistics Table||
Occasionally when viewing the user statistics for a quiz (Quiz->Statistics->Users Stats), the "First Name, Last Name" column header will be missing from the top of the table. This prevents the ability to re-sort the users.
Clicking on the '%' column header to sort by percentages will make the missing header appear and then everything will work as normal.
|03/09/2016 - 09:30||Audio files downloading as .zip files||
When attempting to download .mp3 and .mp4 files from D2L, they download as .zip files instead.
Students must uncompress the files by double clicking on the .zip file, then double clicking the older inside to find the actual audio file.
|07/14/2014 - 15:30||Can't access D2L Notifications or Email||
Instructors/Course Editors and Students can't see notifications or send email until all quizzes are completes.
When the Option is set to Disable pager and alerts on a quiz the current behavior includes anyone in the course.
|03/14/2016 - 08:45||Emails filtering into wrong sub-folder||
When an instructor receives a message from someone in the course, they can use the filter by course option and find the message. However, if they respond to the message and add themselves to the cc area or sends a message to themself in the course it does not appear when they use the filter by course option. In this case it only appears if he filters by the groups within the course.
No work around at this time.

When there are empty placeholders in the course builder, the copy gets stopped right before the empty placeholder thus giving errors in the Copy history
As a workaround, client would need to remove the empty placeholders from the source course and the copy should work afterwards.
|03/14/2016 - 13:15||Dropbox images shrinking||
When students submitting jpeg or png images into a Dropbox, the image preview for the instructor will shrink the image down to a very small size. Making it difficult to grade.
Have the students submit PDFs or download the images and open them outside of D2L.
