The following issues have been identified by the Desire2Learn Support Team based on our testing and information provided by the MSU Community. We appreciate your help in identifying these issues as we work with the vendor to provide resolution. Reviewing this list will inform you of existing issues with the system and their workarounds.

Clicking the Log Out link does not close your Single-Sign-On sessions. Users have to quit the browser in order to close the session.

These special ASCII characters are NOT allowed in file and folder names:
Problems will arise if file or folder names contain any of these characters. If you attempt to upload a file containing any of these characters, you will receive an appropriate message

Competencies don't work when pulled from the organizational level.

They need to be local to the course. If they are located locally they will work correctly.
|[RESOLVED] Not able to adjust the width and/or height of .mp4 movies in HTML||
When you embed a .mov file you can go into the html code and change the width and height numbers. When you embed an .mp4 movie, the changes you make have no effect.

It appears that in the latest version of D2L, this problem has been resolved. The player size for .mp4 videos will change in response to the HTML code.
If all else fails, workaround is to put a player link in an iframe.
